The Short Course at Grand National is a beautiful par 3 golf course in Opelika, Alabama. It is part of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail.
This beautiful 18 hole course opened in 1992. Golfers can expect plenty of water during their round, since more than half of the holes play across or alongside Lake Saugahatchee. Hole distances range from 71-250 yards with four sets of tees to choose from.
The Grand National website declares that this course may “be the finest anywhere in the country,” so you definitely need to pay it a visit to find out. The full-length Links and Lake courses are also nearby.
