Pinkerton 9

The Pinkerton 9 is a premier par 3 course in Fort Worth, Texas. It is part of the Maverick Golf Club and first opened in 2026.
Designed by legendary golf course architect Tom Fazio, the Pinkerton 9 delivers a “big course” feel in a condensed format. Fazio masterfully utilized the site’s natural rolling terrain, mature trees, and elevation changes to create a layout that is as visually stunning as it is challenging.
The course features holes ranging from approximately 80 yards to 180 yards, requiring golfers to dial in their distances with a variety of irons and wedges. With large, undulating greens that mirror the boldness of modern championship designs, strategic bunkering, and thoughtful routing, the Pinkerton 9 rewards precision and creativity. Water is also a factor.
Whether you’re a scratch golfer looking to sharpen your short game, a beginner learning the fundamentals, or a family seeking a fun and approachable outing, the Pinkerton 9 offers something for everyone.
The course is also partially lit for night play, adding a unique dimension to the golfing experience and making it a popular after work and evening destination.
Future golf amenities include:
- An 18 hole championship course
- A 12 hole executive golf course
- Practice facilities
- Clubhouse
