Shell Bay is home to a future par 3 course near Miami, Florida.
This new short course is set to open in 2023. Renderings feature both water hazards and greenside bunkers. We’ll add more information about the 9 hole venue in the days to come.
This new par 3 is part of a much larger project called the Residences at Shell Bay. Highlights include a Greg Norman designed championship golf course, a tennis center, a fitness center, pickleball courts, a private yacht club and over 100 new high-end residences.
