The Lakes at El Segundo
The Lakes at El Segundo is a lighted par 3 golf course in El Segundo, California.
Originally opened in 1994 as an executive course, The Lakes at El Segundo shut down in 2021 to make way for a Topgolf facility. Most golfers would agree that a three-level driving range sounds like fun, but there was also a group that feared this short course would be lost forever.
Thankfully, the opposite happened. Topgolf partnered with golf course designer Mike Angus to refresh and reintroduce this course to the community.
The result is a 10 hole, lighted par 3 course complete with bunkers, water hazards, a sound system and a golf shop. Hole distances range from 60-150 yards for a total distance of 1,060 yards.
Food and drink are available on site, as well as free club rentals!
