Valley Point Golf Course
Valley Point Golf Course is an executive golf course in Valley Center, Kansas. This course is located just 10 minutes from Wichita.
This is a beginner-friendly 9 hole course. Golfers can expect a variety of shorter shots (7 of the holes are par 3s), but that doesn’t mean Valley Point should be underestimated. Water hazards, sand traps and wind all can make what appears to be a simple hole quite complicated. Golfers can see hole-by-hole descriptions here.
For those who like a bit of course history: Valley Point Golf Course was designed by Taylor Zimbelman. Zimbleman is responsible for more than 70 golf courses in 20 different countries, but he was born and raised in Wichita, so his talents were put to use on this local course.
